Very professional and effective massage, can really tell Christian is very experienced and understands exactly where to apply pressure and for how long. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had and I’m feeling fantastic after it. Highly recommend Christian!

We needed a sports injury specialist at short notice whilst on holiday in Paphos. I messaged in the morning and he came to our villa same day with all the equipment, bed etc and did an excellent job. Great service, paid via Apple Pay too, even easier!

I had a 90 minute massage from Christian, and it was absolutely amazing. We really dug deep resolving many muscle knots that has been with me for a long time. If you’re in Paphos and want a massage, I highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and professional. You can tell immediately that he has real expertise — precise technique, great pressure, and he focuses on the areas that actually need work. Left feeling genuinely better. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with the massage therapy in Paphos. The deep tissue treatment was both relaxing and healing, and I left with noticeably less pain. Professional, calming, and highly effective — I truly recommend it to anyone looking for quality massage therapy in Paphos.

Christian gave an absolutely fantastic massage and would recommend 10/10 to anyone who is looking for a well priced and talented masseuse.

I had a great experience with Christian. I chose the deep tissue sports massage and it was fantastic—just be patient, as the full results are felt a few days later. It is 100% worth it, especially if you have back issues.

Why this treatment

Why clients in Paphos book prenatal massage

Prenatal massage in Paphos is the one treatment I do entirely by hand and entirely on your terms. From the second trimester the body changes shape and load week by week: the pelvis tilts forward, the lower back and hips take the strain, the legs and feet swell in the heat, and sleep breaks up. Pregnancy massage answers those mechanically — flowing, lighter-pressure work through the back, hips, legs and shoulders with you side-lying on pillows or semi-reclined; never flat on your back after the first trimester, never with the mechanical device, no deep work on the abdomen. It is for uncomplicated pregnancies from week twelve; if your midwife or doctor has flagged anything, we talk before you book. It suits back and hip pain as posture shifts, heavy swollen legs in the later months, and the tiredness of broken sleep. A typical client is an expectant mother in Kissonerga in her final months who would rather not drive anywhere for it. I am based in Chlorakas and bring the table and pillows to homes across the Paphos district.

What clients come to me with

  • A lower back that aches by evening as the bump moves the centre of gravity forward.
  • Hips that hurt lying on either side, so no position feels right for long.
  • Feet and ankles that swell in the Paphos heat by mid-afternoon.
  • Shoulders and upper back tight from carrying differently and sleeping badly.
  • A general need to be looked after for an hour by someone who knows what is safe.

Who this is for

Is prenatal massage right for you?

  • Lower back, hip and pelvic pain as posture changes.
  • Swollen legs and feet in the later months.
  • Broken sleep from discomfort.
  • Anyone in the second or third trimester who wants a therapist who comes to them.

The session

What happens in a prenatal massage session at your home

  1. A short check-in on your pregnancy, how you are feeling and anything your midwife or doctor has flagged.

  2. You lie on your side, supported by pillows, or semi-reclined — never flat on your back after the first trimester.

  3. Gentle, flowing work with lighter pressure than my other treatments; no deep work on the abdomen, and no mechanical device.

  4. Positions and stretches you can use at home for the weeks in between.

Typical course

Every 2–4 weeks from the second trimester, more often in the last month if it helps. Always after week 12.

What I bring:
A professional treatment table, fresh linens and oils — and the deep-tissue device when a session calls for it. You provide nothing but a bit of floor space.
What you need:
About 2 × 2 metres of clear floor; set-up takes around 10 minutes.

Travel included in Paphos, Kato Paphos, Chlorakas, Coral Bay, Tala, Tsada, Geroskipou, Kissonerga, Pegeia, Emba and Konia — and everywhere else in the Paphos district, travel included. Beyond the district — Polis, Latchi, the Limassol side — is usually possible too. Ask, and I will quote any travel time before you commit.

Every 5th session free. Become a loyal customer and every fifth massage is on me — plus priority booking, progress tracking and special deals.

Before you book

Prenatal massage: what it is, and when not to book one

This is clinical treatment, not a spa or adult service.

  • You stay covered except for the area being worked on, and you undress only to your own comfort.
  • You are welcome to have a partner, friend or family member present — many clients do.
  • Fresh linens for every client, the table is sanitised between sessions, and hands are washed on arrival.
  • The session starts with a short assessment and you can stop or adjust the pressure at any point.

When not to book

  • First trimester (before week 12) — I do not treat in the first trimester.
  • High blood pressure, pre-eclampsia, a clotting history or any pregnancy complication — GP or midwife clearance first.
  • Bleeding, unexplained pain, reduced movement or feeling unwell — that is your midwife or doctor, not a massage.
  • Fever or infection — reschedule.

If in doubt, message me first — I would rather say no than treat something that needs a doctor.

Questions

Prenatal massage in Paphos: common questions

Is prenatal massage safe?
From the second trimester, for an uncomplicated pregnancy, yes — side-lying, supported, lighter pressure and no deep abdominal work. If you have any complication or high blood pressure, check with your midwife or GP first, and tell me.
When can I start?
After week 12. Please tell me which week you are in when you book — the prefilled WhatsApp message asks for it.
Do you use the mechanical device during pregnancy?
No. Prenatal sessions are hands-only.
What should I have ready at home?
Just floor space for the table and a couple of extra pillows if you have them — I bring the rest.
